There Goes the Galaxy released on Amazon
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 21, 2011
Pittsburgh author Jenn Thorson’s debut novel, “There Goes the Galaxy” released this week on Amazon.com.
This humorous space fantasy follows cognitive psychology grad student Bertram Ludlow in his quest to save the Earth from an extreme world makeover by extra-terrestrial landlords. It leads Bertram into a mad and mind-boggling universe where inter-species communication rests on the power of a gumball; where androids demand better work/life balance; where crime is art, technology still has its bugs, and lasers don’t go “pyew-pyew.” It’s also surprisingly easy to get on the Universe’s Most Wanted list. So with the weight of the world on his shoulders and the cosmic law on his tail, can Bertram outrun, outwit, and out-bid to save the Earthling squatters from one spaced-out redevelopment plan?
About the Author
Jenn Thorson is an author, marketing writer, and a compulsive weaver of fictions in the car, shower, and other places she normally can’t find a pen. A graduate of the Carnegie Mellon University writing program, she lives in Bertram Ludlow’s hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, but is definitely mostly sure she’s never met extra-terrestrials there. Her stories have been published in the Humor Press, the journal for the Lewis Carroll Society of North America, The Timber Creek Review and Romantic Homes magazine.
